Welcome to Bunny Diggy Support.

If you need help with the game, purchases, Game Center, or encounter a technical issue, please check the information below.

Gameplay

Bunny Diggy is a number puzzle game where you connect number and operator tiles to reach the target value and find the carrot.

Complete levels to unlock more carrot fields and increasingly challenging puzzles.

Level Progress

Your main level progress is stored locally on your device.

Completing a level unlocks the next level.

Your highest completed level may also be submitted to Apple Game Center for leaderboard comparison.

Carrots

Carrots are collectible rewards in Bunny Diggy.

You can earn carrots by:

• Completing main levels with qualifying ratings.
• Improving your previous rating on a level.
• Receiving eligible Daily Challenge leaderboard rewards.

Your Total Carrots score may be submitted to Apple Game Center.

Daily Challenge

Daily Challenge lets you complete as many puzzle rounds as possible before the timer runs out.

You have a limited number of attempts each day.

Only your best Daily Challenge score is submitted to the leaderboard.

Eligible players may receive carrot rewards based on their final leaderboard rank.

Game Center

Bunny Diggy uses Apple Game Center for:

• Daily Challenge leaderboard
• Total Carrots leaderboard
• Highest Level leaderboard

Game Center availability and leaderboard data are managed by Apple.

Remove Ads

Bunny Diggy offers an optional Remove Ads purchase.

If you previously purchased Remove Ads and need to restore it:

1. Open Bunny Diggy.
2. Tap Remove Ads.
3. Tap Restore.

Purchases are processed through Apple and associated with your Apple Account.

Troubleshooting

If something does not work correctly:

1. Close and reopen Bunny Diggy.
2. Make sure you are signed in to Game Center if the issue involves leaderboards.
3. Check your internet connection if the issue involves Game Center, purchases, or advertisements.
4. Use Restore if a previous Remove Ads purchase is not being recognized.
